This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.). When you visit the website, technical access data (including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser used) is automatically processed in server log files to provide and secure the website technically (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in stable, secure operation).

If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, we process the information you provide there (including name, email address, institution, product interest, message) solely to process your inquiry and for any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual measure). The data is transmitted by email to our inbox sales@arrandee.com and stored there for as long as is necessary to process your inquiry and any follow-up questions.

This website uses technically necessary cookies required to operate the site (e.g. to store your cookie consent), as well as - only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner - analytics cookies from Google Analytics (see item 5). You can withdraw your consent at any time with future effect by clearing the cookie setting stored in your browser and reloading the page.

If you have consented to the use of analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the website (e.g. page views, time on page, country of origin). The information generated is generally transmitted to and processed on a Google server. We have activated IP anonymization, so your IP address is shortened within the EU/EEA before transmission. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Further information on how Google Analytics handles user data can be found in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

You have the right at any time to request information about your personal data stored by us, to have it corrected, deleted, or its processing restricted, to object to processing, and to data portability. Any consent given can be withdrawn at any time with future effect. Please contact sales@arrandee.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the data protection authority of North Rhine-Westphalia (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).

This website of arrandee metal e.K. serves to inform about our products and to receive non-binding inquiries and quote requests via the contact form. A direct purchase or order via the website itself is currently not possible.

All inquiries submitted via the contact form (including sample requests) are non-binding and do not constitute a contractual offer. Specific terms regarding prices, payment methods, shipping costs, delivery times, and - for consumers - rights of withdrawal will be communicated to you individually as part of the respective quote and apply exclusively to the order agreed upon.

Our standard products are generally in stock. The usual delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks from order confirmation. For urgent requests, expedited delivery can often be arranged - please note this when submitting your inquiry so we can prioritize accordingly.

The statutory warranty provisions apply, unless expressly agreed otherwise in an individual case.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
